We have 3 options on how to Measure for your press on order.

Option 1:

Order a Sizing Kit

( Most Accurate )

The nail shape of your choice will be sent to you to be able to size up against your nails.

Once you figure out what size you are for each nail you'll supply those details in the comment box with your chosen nail design order.

Option 3:

Tape Method

Apply a piece of tape horizontally on your nail.

Mark the widest edge of the nail with a pen (Repeat for fingers)

Remove tape and place onto the millimeter side of a ruler.

Note down each finger’s width in mm

Option 2:

The Coin Method

(For Australian Customers only)

Take 2 x pictures of each hand next to an Australian coin, one of 4 fingers flat and one of your thumb flat.

Overseas customers can use a generic Ruler, Please dm us first.

Sizing Kits

How To Remove

1. Fill a decent sized bowl with warm water, add a small amount of dishwashing liquid and olive oil.

2. Apply cuticle oil around the side of the nails and rub in, try to get the oil through any gaps where the press on's have lifted from the natural nail, if you're press on's haven't lifted, grab a cuticle pusher and very gently try to make little gaps if possible.

3. Soak nails for 10-15 mins.

4. Using a cuticle pusher slowly and gently start to get underneath the press on nail to loosen it until it pops off.

5. If you're finding it difficult to get the nail off, re soak nails and repeat step 4.

6. Remove remaining glue residue with a nail file.

How To Apply

Clean & wash your hands.
Gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher.
File down your natural nail, once you've done that, buff your nail bed to remove any shine (your press on's will not last if there are any oils left on your nail bed.
Clean your nails with an alcohol pad to remove any dust and to dehydrate your nail bed, this will help glue/sticky tabs adhere to your nails for longer periods of time.
Please be careful to not touch your natural nails once you've prepped your nails.
Apply press Ons individually, one hand at a time with preferred application method.
Avoid water if possible for next 2 hours.

Processing Time

At nailedit.byjen we take great care in each set, and with every press on being hand made (with lots of love) there is a processing time of 5-7 business days.

Please note that if you have purchased multiple sets, we may also require more time. (dependent on complexity off the designs)

If you're needing a set by a certain date, please take processing time and shipping times into consideration to avoid your nails arriving after the date you need them. We do also have a rush fee option available which will push your order to the front of the line - Rush fee is available in the Add on's tab and at check out.

Australia Post Standard (3-5 Business days) *

International Shipping (1 - 3 weeks, economy air , standard or express options available ) Please message us to find out more specific times.

IMPORTANT

AUS POST has changed their schedule to only deliver Standard Shipping on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. If you require your press on nails urgently, please choose the Express Option.
Once Australia Post accepts our parcels, we are not responsible for any theft or missing parcels that occurs after.
A Signature on delivery is required for each order made with us.

As all sets are custom made per customer, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on your order. If there are design changes, please let us know ASAP as we can make adjustments before we begin making the set (we cannot guarantee we will see your message before your order is made, please list changes in the comment box on check out)

Do's and Dont's

DO:

Avoid water for 1-2 hours after application.
Wear gloves when washing the dishes or when using any harsh chemicals.
Place your press on's back on the display card or storage box when you're done with them, this way it protects the nails for repeat use and you won't lose any.

DONT:

Use your nails as tools, your nails are jewels besties! Please refrain from using your nails to open Cans, packages etc.
Hot Baths (this weakens the glue, and they won't stay on as long)
Trim or cut the press on length, this will break the topcoat barrier and cause chipping.
Avoid cuticle oil right after application (please wait 1-2 hours, if applied when the glue is still setting it will be slippery and won't set properly, this will result in your nails most likely falling off sooner.)

Nail Replacement

Have you lost or broken a nail? Maybe you got the measurements wrong and need different sizes.

Don't worry! you can order replacement nails below.

Each Replacement nail is $6, If your nail was character art please choose the character art option which is $20 (due to length of time it takes to repaint character art)
Please specify which fingers you need replacing in the comment box with corresponding measurements or nail tip number if purchased a sizing kit from us previously.
If you need multiple nails, please add them separately into your cart with the above info
Please note replacement nails will not come with a prep kit, additional prep kits can be purchases below.
